Is my customer information secure when creating an audience?

Yes! 

When you create a custom audience with SyncTap it is uploaded to the Facebook ads manager securely using a method called "hashing". 

It's a method of encryption so that none of your customers' information is ever transferred to Facebook without first turning it into a random string of letters and numbers.
